How do I place my order?

Where do you deliver ?

We provide worldwide shipping.

How much does shipping cost ?

The world wide shipping cost is $6.95, if your order is over $99 , you will have free shipping.

How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order ?

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 1-2 business weeks  after purchase.

Can the order be delivered to multiple addresses?

We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

Will you send me the tracking number ?

Yes, we’ll email one out to you. We know how important it is for our customers to be informed about their order, so we’ll send it to you as soon as possible. Once you’ve got your tracking number, your order should arrive within a few days.

If you still haven’t received a tracking number within 14 days of your order, please email us.

My tracking number isn’t working.

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier’s system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact email us, and we’ll update you about the status of your order.

My order was returned to the sender. Can you ship it to me again ?

Yes, of course.

However, please be aware that we are unable to offer compensation for late delivery in these circumstances. These situations occur when the shipping address is wrong or incomplete. If this is due to an error on our part, we’ll reimburse you the shipping fee, and then resend the parcel. However, if we were provided with the wrong information at checkout, we cannot offer any reimbursement. We will of course re-ship your order once you’ve provided us with your correct address.

If your order has been returned to sender, all you need to do is contact us to arrange for it to be re-shipped. We’ll ask for a new shipping address, and we might ask for a contact number so we can make sure it reaches you this time.

  • Our customer service team will be happy to assist you with any of your returns. In some cases, picture proof will be required to be able to complete the return process. *Please note all orders are recorded by our system.
  • When issued a prepaid return shipping label by our customer service agent, please make sure to use this label as soon as possible. Delivery company limits these labels to be used within 14 days. Items returned the 14 days may be refused and returned back to you.
  • Any discrepancies between items received and ordered must be claimed within 15 days after delivery. Please contact our customer service by email with pictures of the received items and shipping label. Any items received by mistake may be required to be returned.
  • If an item becomes discontinued after purchase, we reserve the right to refund the product back instead of shipping a replacement.

-Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement right away at no additional cost to you. If you need to report a damaged package, please send us a message via the Email Us form or email us at support@indimotoshop.com . Please be sure to include your order number, if possible.

-Defective Item

Indimotoshop.com offers a generous 30-days return policy for defective item. Refunds will be issued back to the original credit card used to make the purchase. You can keep the defective item and do not need to return it.

-Notice : We are not responsible for choosing the wrong size. You must take a look at the size chart or email support team before purchasing.

My order was damaged when it arrived. What now ?

Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll send you a replacement as quickly as we can.

If I change my mind, am I able to cancel my order ?

Yes. As long as your cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing your order.

After the 24 hour period, cancellations will be accepted at our discretion. We will might charge you a 20% cancellation fee, since work will have already been done on your order.

Orders that have already been printed cannot be cancelled.
